Art, Wellbeing & Exam Stress

A creative university workshop for emotional expression, confidence and practical exam readiness.

About the Programme

From pressure
to expression.

A structured creative pause that helps students recognize stress, express it visually and move from worry toward action.

University students often experience heightened stress during examinations due to evaluation pressure, limited time, fear of failure and disrupted sleep. Guided art-making can offer a non-verbal route for expression, present-moment attention, psychological distance and a tangible experience of completion.

Colors of Calm is an arts-for-wellbeing workshop informed by reflective art practices. It is not clinical art therapy. It does not diagnose students, interpret their artwork or promise treatment outcomes.
